Born and raised on the west coast, our barbecue and grilling has many different cultural influences. Growing up Filipino added a lot of citrus and sweetness to my style but being raised in San Diego added a lot of spice to my flavor. Been smoking meat for over 4 years and started with a hand me down electric smoker.
