Looking for the perfect treat to surprise the griller in your life? These Burnt Ends are a great way! Tip: Depending on the celebration, you can change out the box you present them in!

  1. Cut your pork belly into roughly 1 inch cubes
  2. Season them liberally with Char-Griller Rib Rub
  3. Place them on wire racks to make things easier for yourself
  4. Preheat your Gravity 980 smoker to 275*F
  5. Place your pork belly in the smoker and let them smoke for roughly 3.5 hours
  6. Spritz with apple juice every 45 minutes
  7. After 3.5 hours toss the pork belly into foil trays and add butter, brown sugar, honey, BBQ sauce and 1 cup apple juice
  8. Cover the trays in foil and place them back on the smoker for another 1-1.5 hours
  9. After 1.5 hours uncover, drain the liquid in the tray, and add more BBQ sauce and mix
  10. Place back on the smoker for another 10 minutes and these are ready to eat!
  11. Remove the chocolates from the heart shaped box and replace them with the Burnt Ends
  12. Enjoy!
