Sweet Potato Bread

    1 TSP of Baking Soda

    1/2 TSP of Netmeg

    1 TSP of Cinnamon

    1 TBSP of Vanilla

    1 1/2 Cups Of White Sugar

    Glaze: 1 Cup Of Powdered Sugar, 2 Tbsp Of Melted Butter, 1/2 Tsp Of Vanilla, 3 Tbsp of Milk

Smoked Sweet Potato Bread is a game changer! Once you enjoy a slice of this moist and dense quick bread, you’ll have a hard time believing this was made on a Char-Griller Grill!


Preheat smoker to 350 degrees and grease a 9x5 loaf pan.

In a mixing bowl combine sweet potatoes, sugar, oil, water, and eggs.

Mix well. In a separate bowl mix together flour, baking soda, salt, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

Slowly pour flour mix into sweet potato mixture.

Pour batter into loaf pan and cook for 45 min or until a knife or toothpick comes out clean once stuck in the middle of the loaf.

Remove loaf from the smoker and allow to rest 10 minutes and then remove from pan.

Combine glaze ingredients and pour over the warm bread.

Slice and Enjoy.
