Ingredients
- 1 Tortilla Chips
- 2 New York Steak
- 3 Shrimp
- 4 Nacho Cheese
- 5 Black Beans
- 6 Pickled Jalapenos
- 7 Radish
- 8 Sour Cream
- 9 Pico De Gallo: 5 Tomatoes, 4 Jalapenos, Half an Onion, Cilantro, Lime Juice, Salt and Pepper
- 10 Avocado Salsa: Char up 8-10 tomatillos, 4 Jalapenos, 4 Serranos, 1 Pasilla Pepper, Half an Onion, and 5 Garlic Cloves. In a blender combine this with 2 Avocados, 1 Bundle of Cilantro, Salt and Pepper, and the Juice of 3 Limes

Instructions
- Prepare your pico de gallo and avocado salsa first and set aside
- Pico De Gallo: Dice your tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, and cilantro and combine in a bowl. Add lime juice and salt and pepper to taste
- Avocado Salsa: Char your tomatillos, jalapenos, serranoes, pasilla peppers, onion, and garlic. Then blend this all together with 2 avocados, 1 bundle of cilantro, salt and pepper, and the juice of 3 limes
- Season your steak with Char-Griller Steak Rub
- Season your shrimp with Char-Griller Creole Rub
- Heat up your Char-Griller Flat Iron griddle and begin cooking the steaks and shrimp
- In a small cast iron skillet heat up your nacho cheese
- In a larger skillet begin layering your nachos
- Start with the chips, cut up steak, shrimp, cheese, and black beans
- Add another layer of chips, more steak and shrimp, more cheese and more beans
- Top them off with your pico de gallo, pickled jalapenos, thin sliced radish, sour cream, and your avocado salsa
