Grill and Smoke BBQ Smoked Meatloaf
Prep Time: 240 Min | Cook Time: 3 Hrs
Ingredients
- 1 3 lbs. ground beef (80/20)
- 2 Mesquite wood chunks (use your favorite wood)
- 3 1 medium onion
- 4 1/2 Cup Jank BBQ sauce
- 5 1 Cup bread crumbs
- 6 2 Eggs
- 7 Favorite Seasoning
Instructions
Prep
- Preheat smoker/grill to 275°F
- Sautee onions
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl
- Put mixture in a loaf pan and place in refrigerator for 3-4 hours
- Remove from refrigerator and cover with rub
Cook Directions
- Place meatloaf on smoker/grill
- Grill for 90 minutes, then check to see if it needs to be spritzed
- Grill for 30 minute increments, then check to see if it needs to be spritzed
- When the internal temp is 155°F, apply sauce
- Continue to grill for 5-10 minutes (until internal temp is 162°F)
- Remove from the smoker/grill, let rest for 15 minutes and enjoy!
