Smoked Jerk Chicken

Flavorful and complex, this Smoked Jerk Chicken Recipe packs a punch. While the overnight marinade might seem like a hassle it is well worth it for the finished product.

Instructions:

1. Blend all of the ingredients until well incorporated. The mixture will be thick and paste-like, not completely smooth.

2. Put the marinade in a large plastic bag with 3 pounds of bone in chicken pieces, and marinate for at least 24 hours.

3. Smoke chicken for 3 hours at 275 with wood of choice.

Serving suggestion: Pair with braised cabbage.
