Father's Day Baby Back Ribs

Ingredients

    1 C. warmed honey
  • 2
    1/2 C. yellow or Dijon mustard
  • 3
    2 oz. brown sugar
  • 4
    1 oz smoked paprika
  • 5
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
  • 6
    1 Tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 7
    2 C. water
  • 8
    2 oz chipotle peppers

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Mix mustard and honey in small bowl

2. Pour over ribs and coat evenly

3. Mix together brown sugar, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and paprika  in a bowl

4. Coat ribs generously with the rub mix

5. Wrap in aluminum foil and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours

6. Pre heat grill to 275˚ F

7. Mix 2 C. of water and 2 oz. of chipotle peppers in a cast iron skillet

8. Baste with liquid in skillet every hour

9. Smoke for about 6 hours or until internal temperature reaches 175˚ F
