Who doesn’t love a good ol’ fajita night? In this Shrimp Fajitas recipe, the Char-Griller Rubs make every ingredient sing. It’s quick to make, fun to eat, and a camping meal you’ll choose every time.
1. Heat oil in your cooking pan over high heat. Add your peppers and onion to the pan, seasoning generously with salt and pepper. Stir until they are cooked and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
2. Add shrimp to the same pan, and season to your liking with both the Char-Griller Creole Rub as well as the Char-Griller Chili Lime Rub.
3. Cook 4-6 minutes until the shrimp are finished.
4. Assemble shrimp and peppers mixture in the tortillas and serve with any desired toppings or sauces.
