Serrano Beer Cheese

Ingredients
- 1 Beer (your favorite) - 1.75 Cups
- 2 Serrano Peppers - 5
- 3 Shredded White Cheddar Cheese - 3 Cups
- 4 Cream Cheese - 8 oz.
- 5 Char-Griller Steak Seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- 6 Cilantro - For Garnish
A super simple recipe for beer cheese that is perfect for dipping or enjoying on burgers or brats! The roasted serrano peppers add a delicious kick and make it something your family will be begging you to make again and again.Â
Instructions
1. Pre-heat grill to at least 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Roast serrano peppers over direct heat until skin blisters
3. Remove peppers and place in sandwich bag
4. Remove skins from peppers and de seed all but one
5. Chop peppers into small pieces
6. Add beer and peppers to cast iron skillet
7. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes
8. Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth
9. Add shredded cheese and whisk until melted completely
10. Sprinkle seasoning over the cheese and stir to combine
11. Garnish with cilantro
12. Enjoy with chips, soft pretzels or spoon it over a burger
