Pastrami Swiss Burger

Ingredients
- 1 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 ½ lb. Pastrami, sliced
- 3 2 eggs, beaten
- 4 Steak BBQ rub
- 5 1 C. beef all-purpose sauce
- 6 Swiss cheese, sliced
- 7 Hamburger buns
- 8 Condiments of choice
We all love a classic burger! But sometimes it's fun to add a delicious twist. Be sure to try this pastrami swiss burger.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place ground beef in large bowl, add eggs and season with Steak BBQ rub, or your favorite rub, to taste and sauce. Mix ingredients by hand until just blended.
2. Form 1” thick patties and place on a wax paper lined tray. Place tray with patties in refrigerator and allow to chill for 10-15 minutes.
3. Place chilled patties on the grill at 350°F for 5 minutes per side, with a quarter turn halfway through for good sear marks.
4. Bush burgers with more sauce, if desired and top with sliced pastrami and cheese. Allow cheese to melt, about 1-2 minutes. Burgers are done when internal temperature reaches 165°F for medium-rare.
