Honey Butter Glazed Chicken

    1 Whole Chicken

    Slavo salt Seasoning or Spg seasoning

    Half of stick of butter
  • 5
    1/4 cup of Honey

Chicken is a great, easy meal, but using the same seasonings night after night can have any griller looking for a fresh flavor. This Honey Butter Glazed Chicken recipe provides exactly that! This chicken is a great combination of sweet and savory, and it will surely find its way into your cooking rotation. 


Brine chicken overnight.
Spatchcock the chicken and season with Slavo All Purpose salt or any SPG (salt, pepper, garlic) seasoning and let it rest 30 min.

Cook on the AKORN at 350-375 until internal temp reached 165.

Prior to the temp reaching 165, I melted the butter and honey together and poured over the chicken. When it hit 165, I let it tack up on the grill for 2 minutes and removed for resting. Enjoy!
