Honey Buffalo Pork Belly Burnt Ends

Ingredients
- 1 2 Lbs Pork Belly Into 1 In Cubes
- 2 Hot Honey Season Blend
- 3 Applewood Chunk
- 4 Buffalo Sauce
- 5 1 Stick of Butter
- 6 We Hot Honey Seasoning
- 7 Everything But the Bagel Seasoning
This recipe takes an already delectable barbecue dish to the next level with a sticky, sweet sauce made from a combination of buffalo sauce and honey for a spicy kick.
Instructions
- Cut 2lbs pork belly into 1in cubes
- Season w/ Â @blazingstarbbq Scorpion rub
- Place on a wire rack
- Smoke at 250 for 2 hrs using applewoodÂ
- Place in aluminum tray
- Add in @tacticalories Helldiver Buffalo sauce
- Add in 1 stick of butter and mix
- Cover and place back into smoker for 1-2 hrs until probe tender about 200 internalÂ
- Add in @mikeshothoney mix and back into smoker for 15 min
- Let cool then top w/ more Hot Honey and @osmosalt Spicy Everything Bagel for a nice crunch and texture then enjoyÂ
