Honey Buffalo Pork Belly Burnt Ends

    2 Lbs Pork Belly Into 1 In Cubes

    Hot Honey Season Blend

    Applewood Chunk

    Buffalo Sauce

    1 Stick of Butter

    We Hot Honey Seasoning

    Everything But the Bagel Seasoning

This recipe takes an already delectable barbecue dish to the next level with a sticky, sweet sauce made from a combination of buffalo sauce and honey for a spicy kick.


  • Cut 2lbs pork belly into 1in cubes
  • Season w/  @blazingstarbbq Scorpion rub
  • Place on a wire rack
  • Smoke at 250 for 2 hrs using applewood 
  • Place in aluminum tray
  • Add in @tacticalories Helldiver Buffalo sauce
  • Add in 1 stick of butter and mix
  • Cover and place back into smoker for 1-2 hrs until probe tender about 200 internal 
  • Add in @mikeshothoney mix and back into smoker for 15 min
  • Let cool then top w/ more Hot Honey and @osmosalt Spicy Everything Bagel for a nice crunch and texture then enjoy
