Grilled Shrimp Ceviche

    2 Pounds Uncooked Peeled/Deveined Tail Off Shrimp (Size Does Not Matter)

    5 Cucumbers
  • 3
    5 Tomatoes
  • 4
    4 Jalapenos
  • 5
    1 Medium Red Onion
  • 6
    10-15 Limes
  • 7
    4 Avocados
  • 8
    1 Bundle Cilantro
  • 9
    Clamato
  • 10
    Tapatio Hot Sauce
  • 11
    Tajin Seasoning
  • 12
    Char-Grillers Chili Lime Seasoning

This fresh Grilled Shrimp Ceviche is packed with flavor and mixed with fresh veggies. Add a side of tortilla chips to make a taco-style snack.

Instructions

  1. Medium to small dice the tomatoes, onion, and cucumber
  2. Peel and deseed cucumbers and dice
  3. Deseed Jalapenos and finely dice
  4. Finely Chop Cilantro
  5. Generously season with Char-Grillers Chili Lime Seasoning and Tajin
  6. Fire up the grill and cook shrimp
  7. Cut shrimp into pieces, similar size to the produce (save some shrimp for garnish)
  8. In a large bowl combine shrimp and produce
  9. Add Tapatio hot sauce, lime juice, and Clamato to taste
  10. Top with fresh sliced avocado, lime wedge, and extra shrimp when serving
