Grilled Buffalo Chicken Wings

    Spray Butter (Optional)

    Canola Oil (Optional)

Chicken Wings are one of our all times favorite meals. While we have several chicken wing recipes right here on our site, but Grilled Buffalo Wings is one of our go to favorites.


  1.  Spray wings with canola oil.
  2. Cover wings with rub(s).
  3. Place in the smoker for 20 minutes.
  4. Spray with butter.
  5. Continue smoking for 20 minutes.
  6. Spray with butter.
  7. Continue smoking for 10 minutes.
  8. Cover with buffalo sauce.
  9. Continue smoking for 10 minutes.
  10. Continue until temperature reaches 185.
  11. Remove from the smoker, let rest for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
