Fried Chicken and Corn

Ingredients
- 1 2 C. flour
- 2 2 oz. corn starch
- 3 2 oz. paprika
- 4 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 5 Salt & pepper to taste
- 6 4 ears of corn
- 7 4 oz. melted unsalted butter
- 8 1 Tbsp. paprika
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak chicken up to 24 hours in buttermilk and hot sauce
2. In a bowl mix corn starch, salt & pepper, cinnamon, and paprika
3. Mix ingredients well
4. Add chicken to mixture and coat thoroughly
5. Once coated, let sit for 30 minutes
6. Heat grill to 375˚F
7. In a hot cast iron skillet, add chicken and oil
8. Cook chicken 3-5 minutes per side
9. Soak corn in saltwater for up to 24 hours
10. Boil them in butter water for 10 minutes before adding to grill
11. On a plate, mix paprika, salt, pepper, and melted butter
12. Mix and roll corn and cover with mixture
13. Add to grill and cook for 3-5 minutes
