Are you Team Cheese Wiz or Team Provolone?
Answer: Both!
Pitt Tips:
- Ribeye steak is the most common cut for Philly Cheese Steaks
- It's much easier to get thin slices if your steak is partially frozen
- If you can choose which cheese you want, just add both of them.
