Flat Iron Griddle Philly Cheese Steaks

Ingredients
- 1 Thin Sliced Top Round Steak
- 2 White Onion
- 3 Red Pepper
- 4 Green Pepper
- 5 Jalapenos
- 6 Mushrooms
- 7 Provolone Cheese
- 8 Cheese Wiz
- 9 Sandwich Rolls

Instructions
1. Thinly slice your steaks and vegetables
2. Preheat your Char-Griller® Flat Iron® Griddle
3. Cook the vegetables until they start to caramelize
4. Cook the thin sliced meat and season directly on the griddle
a. We used the Char-Griller® Steak Seasoning
5. Mix the meat and vegetables on the grill
6. Divide into sandwich portions
7. Top half of them with provolone cheese and allow to melt
8. Warm the cheese wiz in a skillet placed right on the flat iron
9. Toast your buns and assemble sandwiches
10. Are you Team Cheese Wiz or Team Provolone?

Pitt Tips:
- Ribeye steak is the most common cut for Philly Cheese Steaks
- It’s much easier to get thin slices if your steak is partially frozen
- If you can choose which cheese you want, just add both of them.
