Recipe:Dry Aged Rib Roast

  • - 6-8 lb. dry aged rib roast
  • - ½ C. melted butter
  • - 4 sprigs of parsley
  • - 4 sprigs of basil
  • - 4 sprigs of rosemary
  • - Kosher salt
  • - Black pepper
  • - Paprika
  • - Garlic
Instructions

1. Finely chop parsley, basil, and rosemary, and mix with melted butter
2. Place rib roast on grill at 350°F over indirect heat and grill for approximately 45 minutes
3. Brush roast with buttered herbs
4. Continue to cook over indirect heat for additional 45 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145˚F
