    Glazed Donuts - 2

    Ham - 4 Slices
  • 3
    Turkey - 4 Slices
  • 4
    Swiss Cheese - 2 Slices

    Raspberry Jam - 2 Tablespoons

This Donut Monte Cristo recipe from @bustedcanofbiscuits will satisfy your sweet tooth as well as your salty cravings. As a bonus, it's fun and easy to make. Grilling gives the donut the perfect grilling marks and perfectly melts the cheese.

Instructions: 

1. Light charcoal and level out to one layer when ashed over


2. Cut donuts in half lengthwise

3. Add 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of turkey, and a slice of cheese to each donut

4. Spread jam on top halves of each donut assemble sandwiches

5. Place each sandwich on the grill. Close the lid for approximately 1-2 minutes.Check after 1 minute.The sandwich is ready to flip when the donut easily releases from the grates

6. Flip the sandwiches and close the lid again for another 1-2 minutes

7. Remove from grill carefully. The sugar from the glaze will be very hot

8. Allow to cool for a few minutes
