Creole Blackened Salmon

Looking for a quick, easy and delicious meal that will impress? This Creole Blackened Salmon from ambassador Izzy Wofford of @IzzyGrillz is the perfect way to kick the flavor up on your weeknight dinner. Added bonus, it only takes about 10 minutes to cook!


1. Preheat grill to 400F.

2. Slice salmon filet into approx 3” portions.

3. Lightly coat portions in avocado oil and season using Creole seasoning.

4. Place salmon on grill (I like to use copper grill mats for fish) grill approx 5-6 minutes, flip salmon and grill another 3-4 minutes.

5. Remove and enjoy!!
