Brown Sugar Smoked Salmon

- 1 2 pounds fresh salmon
- 2 1 tsp salt
- 3 1 tsp pepper
- 4 1 tsp dill weed, dried
- 5 2 tbsp brown sugar
There’s something about brown sugar on salmon that is so good. The savory and sweet flavors go so well together; it's delicious. We definitely recommend you try this recipe out and see for yourself!
- Heat smoker to 250-275 degrees F.
- Combine salt, pepper, dill and brown sugar to form the rub. Pat gently onto top of salmon. If time allows, place salmon in refrigerator to dry brine for about an hour.
- Smoke salmon on smoker for one hour until it hits 145 degrees F.
