Smoked Beer Brats

    Brats
  • 3
    Onions

    1 Stick of Butter
  • 5
    1 tbsp. Garlic
  • 6
    Preferred Rub/Seasoning

These Smoked Beer Brats on the Char-Griller AKORN® Kamado are a delicious recipe to try out this weekend! Take your classic brats to the next level by adding the flavor of your favorite beer and smoke!

Instructions

Prep Directions:

  1. Preheat grill to 400F.
  2. Slice onions.

Cooking Directions:

  1. Place butter in pan.
  2. Place onions in pan.
  3. Add rub of choice in pan.
  4. Add garlic in pan.
  5. Add beer in pan.
  6. Put pan in grill/smoker for 20 minutes.
  7. After 20 minutes, stir and put brats in the pan.
  8. After 15 minutes, flip brats over.
  9. After 10 minutes, place brats directly on the grate.
  10. Flip brats until desired color is reached then place back in the pan.
  11. Remove pan from the grill and enjoy!
