Prep Directions:

  1. Preheat your grill/smoker to 275F.
  2. Trim ribs. (optional)

Cooking Directions:

  1. Pour seasoning(s) on both sides of ribs.
  2. Place in smoker/grill for one hour.
  3. Spritz ribs (if dry), and continue smoking for 30 minutes.
  4. Spritz ribs and continue for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from smoker and wrap in foil with brown sugar, honey, butter, Tiger sauce (optional), and rub(s).
  6. Return to the smoker for 90 minutes.
  7. Remove from foil and place back on the smoker for 15 minutes.
  8. Apply sauce and continue to smoke for 15 minutes.
  9. At desired tenderness, remove from smoker, let rest for 5-10 minutes, and enjoy!
