AKORN® Jr. Smoked Ham

    Spiral Sliced Ham: 7 Pounds

    Olive Oil: to taste

    Mesquite Seasoning: to taste

    Cloves: to taste

    Baste: pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar and mesquite seasoning

    Lump Charcoal


  1. Coat the ham with olive oil, season with Mesquite seasoning and insert cloves on all sides of the ham.
  2. Fire up the AKORN Jr. using the Smokin' Stone with lump charcoal to 300.
  3. Allow the grill/smoker to warm up for 30 minutes.
  4. Place a drip pan filled with water on top of the Smokin' Stone with the cooking grates over it.
  5. Place the ham in the AKORN Jr.
  6. Baste every 30 minutes with pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, and mesquite seasoning mix.
  7. Smoke ham to internal temperature of 140.
  8. Rest for one hour.
  9. Slice, serve, and enjoy!
