NEW GRILLS

• * Missing part on new grill; NEW means reported within 2 months of purchase date.
• *Damaged part on new grill; New means reported within 2 months of purchase date.
• *Defective Part (reported 1 year from purchase date) - ONLY defective if weld comes loose before or after use (thermostat, wood parts, gas components parts (see below); Bent/dent only on new grill.  Not defective if worn out or overheated. 
• *Rust through (not just rust) Charcoal Models: bottom half only - (reported within 5 years from the purchase date) must provide picture, serial # and dated receipt.

GAS GRILL Additional Warranties:

• *Rust through (not just rust) Gas Models: bottom half only - (reported within 1 year from the purchase date) must provide picture, serial # and dated receipt. *Gas is a different heat than charcoal and causes rust  through faster.
• *Gas burner tube/pipe, 5 yrs from purchase.
• *Other defective gas components: Push botton electric igniter, igniter box, control knobs, sparker tips, regulator hose assembly and manifold valve assembly, 1 yr from date of purchase.

NOT WARRANTIED 

• Paint
• Heat damage including warping
• Wrong parts ordered by customer including freight
• Worn-out parts
• New Grill missing or damaged parts reported 2 months after purchase date
• Grill hoods unless damaged/missing in shipping and reported within 2 months after purchase date
• Rust (not rust though)
• Rust through on bottom half of GAS grill - reported after 1 year from the purchase date
• Rust through on bottom half of Charcoal grill reported after 5 years from the purchase date
• Rust through on any and all HOODS regardless of the purchase date
